ReFrame Studios ("ReFrame", "we") operates reframe.fm. This page explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions any time: info@reframe.fm.
What we collect
- Forms you submit. When you use our contact or question forms, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email address, company or show name, links you share, and your message. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to us.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow it in our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found us. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics run and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask again.
- Video playback. Videos on this site are streamed by Cloudflare Stream, which may process technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver playback.
- Server logs. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and operations.
How we use it
- To respond when you contact us and to provide our services.
- To understand which content works so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and running.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only third parties that handle site data are our service providers: Netlify (hosting and forms), Google (analytics, with consent), and Cloudflare (video delivery and performance).
Cookies
The only cookies we set ourselves are Google Analytics cookies, and only after you choose "Allow" in the cookie notice. You can change your mind by clearing the site's data in your browser; the notice will appear again on your next visit.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Email info@reframe.fm and we'll take care of it.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as we need them to respond and do business with you. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings. You can request deletion at any time.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
